Acronis Disaster Recovery Service: mouse not working within server console

Symptoms

You performed a failover or a test failover of a Windows server and opened the server's console. The mouse cursor does not move.

Cause

This is a known issue with VMware Remote Console (VMRC). We use that component for providing a direct access to the server's console.

Solution

Please use the "Toggle relative pad". This works similarly to a laptop touch-pad.

It is supposed that either the mouse moves or the relative pad works. If neither works, the server is hanging. Please contact the support team.
