Get the most out of Office 365 on Android phones and tablets
With Office 365 on your Android phone and tablet, you can take your files on the go and be productive at work, on the road, or at home.
Note: The following steps require users to be running Android KitKat (4.4x) or above.

Download the Office mobile apps you want from the Google Play store.

Sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Office 365.

View or edit files stored in OneDrive.

Tap Add a place to select another cloud service or tap Browse to add Google Drive.

To get started with your documents, tap anywhere to start editing.

Touch the Show Ribbon button to make edits in a file.

Tap the Home button to bring up the familiar Office tabs.

In PowerPoint, tap the Notes button to view, write, and edit presentation notes.

In Excel, drag the column headers to move them around a spreadsheet.
Office 365 helps you get things done on the go with your Android device.
Start work on your computer, make edits on your phone, and finish later on your tablet.
First, go to the Google Play store and download the Office mobile apps you want.
The first time you open an app, sign in with the account you use for Office 365.
Now, you can work across all your devices.
You can view and edit your files stored in OneDrive.
Or tap Add a place to select another location or Browse to add your Google Drive.
After you open a Word doc, tap anywhere to start editing.
For more options, tap the Show Ribbon button.
Then tap Home to bring up the familiar Office tabs.
In PowerPoint, your presentation notes are just a tap away.
Office mobile apps autosave your work as you go, so you never have to.
Drag to move columns in Excel with just a touch.
And when you're all done, invite others to view or edit your work by tapping the Share button.
