Acronis Files Cloud: installation package for Mac/Windows is not available on Windows/Mac devices

Symptoms

Working from a Windows computer, you want to download the Mac client for Acronis Files Cloud.

You only see installation packages for Windows and mobile devices.

Cause

Acronis Files Cloud offers installation packages based on the operating system of the machine you are currently working on. Mac client will be available when you open Acronis Files Cloud web console on a mac.

Similarly, installation packages for Windows are not available in MacOS, but on Windows devices.
