Acronis Disaster Recovery Service: Backups not displayed in Cloud Console

Introduction
If backups are not displayed correctly in the Cloud Console, please review the Local Cloud Hub Manager settings. As the Cloud Hub collect information about the backups and send it to the cloud, if the backups are incorrectly displayed, there might be an issue with the Cloud Hub settings.
Solution
1. Open the Cloud Console. Open the Servers tab. Click the Local Clouds Edit button.
2. Re-enter the IP address for the ESX host, the NSS\CDP or Storage Nodes in case the IP address is specified incorrectly.
If the user\password is incorrect, the credentials will be displayed in red. If so, please specify the correct user and\or password.
3. Save the modification and wait for 15-20 minutes for the information to update correctly.
If specified correctly the credentials will turn black again.
