You are limited to 50GB of data transfer per license that you purchase.

If you have a mailbox requiring over 50GB of data transfer, and you have purchased a mailbox license, your migration will stop automatically after transferring 50GB.

However, you can restart the migration from where it left off by purchasing another mailbox license and resubmitting it for remigration.​
